The Window MedicsTM, LLC of New England provides aftermarket Parts and Service for Windows, Doors and Kitchens to contractors, remodelers and direct to homeowners throughout New England. Part orders are shipped directly to the customer. We also replace storm combos and parts and can provide screens for all types of windows supplied by RIVCO.
The replacement parts and products are supplied by national manufacturers of component parts who supply major producers of window, door and kitchen products.
The Window Medics provides replacement parts for products formerly sold or distributed by RIVCO. This includes the complete RIVCO line and products from the following suppliers: Hurd, Jeld-Wen, Pozzi, KML, Heritage, Precision, BF Rich, Kasson and Keller, Silverline, Benchmark, Therma-tru, Aristokraft, Decora, Diamond and others.
In addition to providing replacement parts, The Window Medics offers, in-home repair service capabilities through established service contractors.
