A little bit about me….I hold a bachelors degree from Berklee College of Music in Performance. I worked with National Guitar Workshop for two years. I’ve been teaching private lessons for over 6 years now just on the side, it is more of a passion than anything. I currently work full time doing marketing for a Connecticut Music Venue. I play in two recording/gigging professional bands and play a wide range of instruments including electric guitar, acoustic guitar, electric bass, upright bass, piano, percussion all with an advanced level of reading. Music = My Life.
I keep lessons fun, I don’t teach because I need to… I teach because I love to. My forte is music theory and I’m trained in Jazz but I am also an avid listener of Alternative, Rock, and Indie Music. We can customize the lessons to fit your needs!! Trust me, we can keep it as relaxed as you like, or as vigorous as you like.
I’m offering guitar lessons only from your home, I do not teach from a music store or my own home. Weekday evenings are best, and I have some time on weekend mornings. My rates are 50/hr and if you want to do more than a one hour block it can break down from there. Beginners & Advanced students are welcome. Your own personal instrument is required. Only serious inquiries, please.
